RETURN POLICY

All online sales are final.  

Please note that items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Everything is sold "as-is". I do my best to ensure accurate measurements in the listings. Vintage items are pre-loved and therefore may have minor wear or flaws. I make note of them in the descriptions. As buyer, you are taking full responsibility of ensuring the measurements listed and item details will work for you.

Beetle Rose does not allow refunds or exchanges based on fit or size. We provide measurements, but please reach out if you need more in depth details on a specific item. 

Please consider that most vintage clothing has lived a whole life before - therefore, it is rarely, if ever, in mint condition. 

GRADING:

Excellent - No flaws to note may have light wear due to age

Great - In work condition flaws do not affect the functionality of the garment

Good - Flaws may affect functionality of garment. Garment may need repairs and be worn with care.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped from within 1-3 business days Dallas, Tx with USPS.

I ship USPS within the US and package using compostable mailers or for larger packages, I reuse cardboard boxes as much as possible to help reduce waste. You may or may not receive a new or old box. PLEASE RECYCLE ALL PACKAGING. For fragile items they will be packaged with biodegradable starch packing peanuts. You can compost them or dissolve them in water. Note that once your package starts tracking, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the item and to follow up with the shipping service or their local post office.
